By accessing or using the website and services of Instrudock Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

Users must create an account to book music studio rentals. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation using approved methods. Prices listed are final unless otherwise stated. A valid credit card is required for all bookings.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows receive no refund. We may cancel bookings due to equipment issues or force majeure events with full refunds provided.

5. Studio Use and Conduct

Users must respect equipment, return it to original condition, and follow all posted rules. No illegal substances, excessive noise outside designated areas, or damage to property is permitted. Violations may result in immediate removal, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, or to interfere with the operation of our website. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate access at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Instrudock Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking. All sessions are provided "as is."

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version will always be posted on this page.
